Setup your Writing Tone

In Remail, you can select your tone or even define you our set of tone:

Click on setting (⚙️) and select your tone

General Prompt

You can further customise the AI response by providing instructions on how to respond to the emails. To do so, login to Remail and go to the "Knowledge Base" page. On the general prompt, you can write your insruction to the AI model.
